Punarjanm "PAST LIVES"

Greetings. When we talk of Indic religion, then this religion has many elements, or philosophies, which attracts us, and this philosophies, or rather principles, are always debated.

In many other world religion which are void of this principle, so they usually deny it, and hence it is a matter of controversy. 

One of the controversial topic is rebirth i.e, If a human dies can he take birth again in future, or he cant take birth. This is a highly controversial topic, and there are many religions in this world, which don't accept it's possibility of having a life after death. 

That is the reason the exact reason, why some of the major world religion, can't reconcile with Hinduism, or any of the Indic religion.

But as the media and the technology is maturing. In recent years, a very new elements, or techniques have come out. which are very strange, but they force us to think, and the question is can we see our past lives in real ? 

Today, we find various examples, recently few people have claimed that, they can show you, your past lives. And the technique they have chosen is the technique of hypnosis, or hypnotism.

When they take you in hypnotic sleep, and take you to the first level of samadhi (oneness with the universe). And when the knowledge of samadhi, is realised by the brain. Then the person who is doing the hypnotism, ask you, certain systematic questions to you, and he tries to take you to the plain where your past life has unfolded.

Here there is a very important thing, which we should understand, and that is ? Through the technique of hypnotism, can we go or experience our past lives, or not ?   

If we study our Indian wisdom and scripture, that is when you enter your primary level of samadhi, or a state of samadhi, Then something happens, in your brain, such that it gives you the feeling of experiencing your past lives. Now feeling of  experiencing of your past lives and one really experiencing his past lives, are two different things.

Let us go deep into this layer by layer, we humans relate, or understand everything, through our life experience. That is from the day we are born to till date, whatever knowledge, or thoughts, or imagery and its related meanings are in our mind, or sounds etc. He has learnt after being born in this world, from various medium. Now the question is, what ever things, which we have acquired through experience in this life, are we capable of letting it all go and acquire something totally unknown, new\ strange or not ?

This is the root of the problem.

Let me tell you a story. 

Once Ishputra and his friend were going somewhere. The friend told Ishputra, that he has a way to go into the past life, and see what happened. He said he has a book on hypnotism, written by a very famous international author. He asked Ishputra, to be his host and let him perform the experiment. He asked Ishputra to lie down, and focus on a crystal ball, which he was suspending and the ball started oscillating. So Ishputra was focusing on the ball and nothing was happening. The friend gave set of suggestions. He  ask to close Ishputra's eyes, and to which Ishputra complied, and tried  his best  to follow, his friend suggestions, then in the end the friend said, see your in your past life. Ishputra tried hard to think, where he was, he thought a lot, tried hard to see some place , but nothing happened and the experiment failed.

now there would have been people, who might have imagined a place, and thought, it is their past life but that would have been based, just on imagination not reality and that imagination,  would be on the experiences, he has collected in this life itself.

Now hypnotism is true and it works, not just that but  by hypnotizing someone , you can change his nature, attitude. You can give him or her, positive suggestions, you can alter his spiritual(consciousness), this are all genuine, abilities of hypnotism. But hypnotism is not capable to take you, to your past life. As hypnotism is limited to your body, your mind and your experiences in this life, and past life is different and beyond this, and we must come out of the delusion, that someone can show us our past life through hypnotism, hypnotism is simply incapable of doing so.

There is another fraud, some fake spiritual master, just to increase their publicity and show that they are siddh or beings with power. They create a fake propaganda, in which they would sit on the stage, and out of blue a lady or man, would come and say, I have no faith in you, I will follow you if I can see my past life. Then the fake master, will try to convince that person, that once cant see their past lives in this fashion, etc. But that person would still insist and insist hard, and then in rage this master will get out of his seat, and then put a thumb on the forehead of that person, and the person will fall flat on ground. A very nice script and acting is displayed. And that person lying on the ground , a mike will be forced into his mouth, and that master will tell that person, I am taking you into your past life. The master will give suggestions that now I am taking you 5 years behind, then 10, then 15, now your dead and now you see where you are ? And then the drama starts, the person will say , I am in this so and so village, and narrate a story. Now this show will earn the master claps from the audience. Actually neither guru, or that person, has anything to do with their past life.

but they have everything to do, with the claps of the audience, as the happy and amused audience means more money. 

Anyways, leave the spiritual masters, the society at large knows that lot of them are fake, and even has an impression that all are same. But the problem is when, main stream Television institute, starts playing a series, where they bring someone, hypnotize a person, and ask them about their past life.

As we have learn earlier, it depends on understanding of human psychology. What ever experience of our total life is based on our, own interpretation, or understanding of our of own environment.

For Example, if a child in India is asked, about god. He might describe, a mountain dweller with long dreadlocks, tiger skin wrapped around his waste, with snake in his neck, and call him Shiva. Where as a child in a different country, say a catholic country, may describe god, as a white man with the crown of thrones and beard , who is nailed to a cross and call him Jesus. Now both of this are fraud, that doesn't means I question the existence of either Shiva or Jesus. But by fraud I mean that this are images, which they have taken from the environment of the place or culture they were born, i.e It has nothing to do with real Shiva or Jesus, it is mere their imagination.which they have built based on their surroundings.

Let us take one more example, lets say a cannabis addict Babaji. If you take him into a hypnotic state, how will he describe Shiva ? As a ganja(cannabis) smoker, cause in his mind, he has that image of Shiva. But shiva has nothing to do with, addiction of any kind forget cannabis. So hypnotism is only capable of showing, what is hidden in your conscious and subconscious mind, which you have gained in only this life. The records of your past, lives are very hardly found in here.

I know, this will upset a lot of people, specially those, who are running a business called past life regression therapy. Now anyways it is an institutional department.

Past lives is a mystery, a big mystery, as deep as god himself. We all know that, attaining god is very difficult, so is to know about your past lives, similarly it is not easy to attain wisdom (gyana), so it is very difficult to  know about your, past or future life. Yes the theory of past lives, can be proven through mathematics, but it is not necessary that all mathematical calculations, can be proven or demonstrated through practically through, experiments in real life.

But you don’t have to worry, as the Rishi, Munis, kaul sampradaya and the maha hindu pant, had solution to this problem, from the beginning, that is by doing sadana, The one who wants to see the past lives, must perform sadana, that is the only way to see your past lives.

To show people their past lives, through Shakti path is not easy, even to do that one must ready himself, to receive the shaktipath (transfer of energies), through certain sadana (spiritual practice),which again he himself must do. This sadanas are related to knowing, past and future lives.

For example consider a person, who hasn’t done any sadana in his life, now he is empty, now you bring any Guru on the planet, not just one but give him a million shaktipath, but Iam sure nothing will happen, otherwise we could, or the great gurus of Himalayas, would have put their hands on all these idiots and donkeys, and ask them to talk about their past lives, This only and only a siddha can do, through his maya (illusion) but then it will be fake, just an illusion, not reality. That donkey will experience illusion not his real past lives .

All these are fake propaganda, and we don’t have to fall prey.

Yes, Guru’s shaktipath, is very necessary to see your past lives, but only when you have readied yourself, by performing, and completing sadanas related to past lives. In Kaul pant (the tradition of the Kaulachari), there are lot of sadanas, related to past lives. All sadanas of Shiv, which are urdh mukhi (looking up), which are also known as urdh amnaye. If you complete all this urdh amnaye sadanas, then you have insights in your past lives.

The second thing is you have to first complete few pre-requisites, like Yantra mandal pujan, Tantra mandal pujan, and then dheeksha from Guru, then you must know the procedure of sadana chakra, and to reach the past lives one must also do some small sadanas, then one must do certain sadanas of yoga, cause until you haven’t completed Pachkosh gaman i.e your ability to travel through, your five bodies of this life, one cant even think of travelling through time. 
Samay Chakra, kaal Chakra, etc. you must complete all these sadanas first. When you have completed these sadana, you should take or acquire the sadana to see your past lives, from your Guru and only after completing this sadanas, you will have the capacity to see your past lives, but even here you, need the guru. Cause thou you have completed the sadanas, and acquire capabilities or energies, so now these energies must explode, and for that you need this unique essential energy, which resides somewhere outside in the universe, and this can be provided by the guru.
Let us try to map it on modern science of today. Modern science has new hypothesis, that the time which has passed is also stored on a certain plain, It is also not destroyed. And the person who has knowledge or understanding of energies, he can move into future or past. There are lot of fictions and movies based on this hypothesis. 
The hypothesis states that, to go there one needs huge, I may say humongous energy, and since we cant produce so much of energy, we cant reach that place. In the same manner, thou you have completed, Panch kosh gaman, Parkaya Pravesh, Yog kundalini, mantrik and Samay chakra dheeksha, has been completed, still to reach the past live, leaving this life, one needs humongous energy,
and that energy is provided by the Guru, through shaktipath. But it will be useful, only when you have completed 98% of your work, the last 2% is what the guru will do.
Like in Chemistry, Guru  will work like a catalyst in a reaction. And only then, you can go into your past life, other then, that there is no other way.
Yes in some books of Shashtra, they have given some methods or procedure or sadanas, which can take you to the past, but  those are not 100% accurate. The process to see your past life isn't easy, that you take one mantra or do some process for some hours or days and you can see your past lives, for this dedication for months and months are necessary.
One more thing, lets take an example, say there was football(soccer) match, now say you would spend 90 minutes to watch that match, but in case, by any chance, you missed the live telecast of that match, but then there will be retelecast of that match, right next morning, you want to watch it like you watch it live, so you don't read about match and turn on the T.V(television) set, so to see the retelecast of the match. How much time will you require, to watch the retelecast of the whole match ? 
That is whole 90 minutes, right ?.
so think of it, how much time will you require, to watch your past life ?  According to the law of time, you will require the same amount of time, which you have spent living your past life, plus it will be boring right to watch all unwanted details.
So that is why one need to complete, the kaal gyan sadana. What kaal gyan sadana does is, it shows you, highlights of the past life and yet store, all the important experience of your past lives in your mind. So it not just watching highlights of the game, but having all the details about it, yet navigating through what is important. 
Lets understand it with an example, In case if you just watch the highlights of a football match you may know who won, and few important things, but you will not know each and every details of that match , how the dodging was , how the strategy was, what were the chances etc. So you actually have glimpse of the last match, not the total experience of it, but think of it, if someone has recorded the whole match, and given you the copy, now you will have the whole data from the match, and you choose to fast forward it, to look at some important events. now consider, you could transfer whole copy of the match, directly into your mind, now your mind has the whole experience,  but you choose to see important events only, in the same manner through the sadana of past life or lives, till what ever level you have completed. now you can download the data of one life time or many, it depends on the level of sadana completed, but to watch the highlights, you have to complete, other sadana and watch the highlights of the past lives.
But when you, from the level of kaal gyani graduate to the level of mahakaal gyani, then there is no limits, then you can watch infinite  lives in few moments. So past lives are real and hindu dharm has ways to access it, but the point is all we know, or is famous, regarding it has nothing to do with it, and only you with extreme hardwork and the grace of a competent guru can experience can access it, all other ways are generally bogus and fraud
